1:1 Mentoring for Women in the Industry
I've done this work. I know what it's like when a regular turns difficult, when the no-shows stack up, or when you can't tell anyone what you actually do. This is practical support from someone who's been there.
Mentoring is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. It's a confidential space to think clearly and work better.
Who it's for
Wherever you're at in the work
This is for women in the industry — whether you're new and want to get the important things right from the start, or you've been at it for years and something's starting to grind: the clients, the routine, the way it's bleeding into everything else.
You don't have to be at breaking point to deserve support. Some of the best mentoring happens when things are going well and you want to keep it that way.

The part nobody talks about
Sometimes the hardest part is having no one to talk to
A rough booking isn't the kind of thing you can tell just anyone about. Most of us can't tell our friends what we do, either — so when a client pushes past a limit, or a regular goes strange, or the money's good but you feel drained and flat, you carry it on your own.
That's the part of this work that wears women down. Not the bookings themselves — the silence around them. Keeping the biggest part of your life behind a wall, every day, is exhausting.
Mentoring is somewhere you can say it all out loud, in plain language, to someone who doesn't flinch — and work out what you actually want to do about it. No explaining yourself first. No defending your choices.
You don't have to share more than you're comfortable with, and your working name is fine.
What we can work on
The real stuff, not the Instagram version
Sessions follow what you actually need. Some women come with one specific thing going on; others use ongoing sessions to keep their working life steady. Common ground includes:
Boundaries
Knowing your limits, saying no without a two-paragraph explanation.
Clients & bookings
Dealing with time-wasters, no-shows, difficult clients and regulars.
Confidence
Stopping the constant comparison with other women in the industry, and trusting the way you choose to work.
Routine & self-care
Recovery after bookings and keeping work and personal life separate.
Getting organised
Getting your bookings, deposits, screening and routine under control.
Staying grounded
Burn-out, feeling drained, losing the plot a bit — it happens.
My approach
Straight talking, on your side
This is about having somewhere to talk things through properly, with someone who understands the work — a private, steady space where you can leave each session thinking more clearly than when you came in.
- Confidential
- What you share is treated with discretion and confidentiality.
- Practical
- No theory, no worksheets. What actually happened, and what you can actually do about it.
- Honest
- I'll tell you what I really think — kindly, but I won't tell you what you want to hear.
- No judgement
- You won't get a look, a lecture, or a hint that you should be doing something else with your life.
- Not one-size-fits-all
- There's no template for this work. We build around your clients, your limits, your life.
About your mentor
I've done the work, not just read about it

I have 20 years' experience in the industry, including several years working fully independently — which means the screening, the deposits, the boundaries, the regulars, the slow weeks and the manic ones were all mine to handle. I know what that's like from the inside, not from a course.
I started in 2005, working in a flat in London. From there I moved between several escort agencies, on and off, for years. After relocating to the South West, I spent a while working in a massage parlour before going fully independent. So when I talk about agency life, flats, parlours or working for yourself — it's all first-hand.
I keep this small on purpose — I work with a limited number of women at a time, so every session gets proper attention.
Training: Completed a Skills Bootcamp in Coaching & Mentoring with UCS College Group, May 2026.
“Talking to Gail felt completely different from speaking to someone outside the industry. I didn’t have to explain everything first. She understood where I was coming from and helped me look at the situation much more clearly.”

FAQ
Straight answers
Is this confidential?
Yes — what you share is treated with discretion and confidentiality. You can use your working name, and sessions are never recorded. I only ask for the information needed to support you and arrange sessions.
Who is mentoring for?
Women in the industry at any stage — from brand new to long established. If you want straight, non-judgemental support with the working side of your life, you're in the right place.
What can mentoring cover?
Anything about how you work and how the work affects the rest of your life: boundaries, time-wasters and no-shows, difficult clients and regulars, screening and deposits, pricing, confidence, keeping work and personal life separate, burn-out, planning, consistency — and building something that lasts.
What can't mentoring cover?
Mentoring is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support. I'm not a substitute for any of those, and if something falls outside what I can help with, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right kind of support.
Do I have to use my real name?
No. A working name is completely fine, and I'll only ever ask for the details needed to arrange and reply to your enquiry.
How do I enquire?
Use the form below — your working name, an email, and a short note about what's going on. I'll reply discreetly, and we can arrange a first conversation.
